- Pediatric femoral or tibial shaft fractures

✅Contraindications
- Comminuted fractures not suitable for flexible fixation
- Fractures involving the epiphyseal growth plate
- Inadequate medullary canal diameter
- Localized infection or osteomyelitis
- Known sensitivity to titanium or stainless steel
