• Pediatric femoral or tibial shaft fractures
• Greenstick or transverse diaphyseal fractures
• Fractures suitable for elastic stable intramedullary nailing (ESIN)

✅Contraindications

• Comminuted fractures not suitable for flexible fixation
• Fractures involving the epiphyseal growth plate
• Inadequate medullary canal diameter
• Localized infection or osteomyelitis
• Known sensitivity to titanium or stainless steel
